In January 1991, Mr. Ajubita founded the law firm. Mr. Ajubita’s prior experiences include the position of trial lawyer in the Office of District Counsel for the Internal Revenue Services, and as a Tax Partner in a large local law firm.
Mr. Ajubita received his undergraduate and law degrees from Loyola University of New Orleans. He also received his Masters of Laws in Taxation from Boston University in 1978.
Mr. Ajubita is a Board Certified Tax Specialist.
Mr. Ajubita currently represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and U. S. Courts. Mr. Ajubita also handles commercial matters, including, acquisitions and sales of businesses, and advises clients in the fields of estate planning, and succession law.
Mr. Ajubita’s client base is diverse, representing individuals, family businesses, governmental entities, financial institutions, as well as publicly traded companies.
Mr. Ajubita has been listed as a Louisiana Super Lawyer in every year from 2010-2017 and has been awarded the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell.
